1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • You agree to provide accurate contact information.
  • Confirmation and reminder notifications may be sent via email or SMS.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made within the stated timeframe.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
  • Online payments are securely processed through third-party providers.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

4. Walk-In Queue

If you join the walk-in queue:

  • Estimated wait times are approximate.
  • You must be available when notified.
  • Failure to respond may result in removal from the queue.

5. Newsletter & promotional communications

If you subscribe to our email newsletter through this website, the following applies in addition to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • You must provide a valid email address and actively confirm that you consent to receive marketing emails and communications from Nailed It Studio.
  • You must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, including this section and the promotional offer rules shown at signup.
  • New subscribers may receive a one-time welcome offer (for example, a percentage discount) delivered by email. Unless we state otherwise, such offers are valid for 30 days from the date the code is issued, may be used only once, cannot be combined with other promotions unless we say so in writing, and may be subject to service exclusions or minimum purchase requirements as described in the email or at the time of redemption.
  • Promotional codes are issued at our discretion, may be declined if misused or fraudulent, and have no cash value.
  • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting Nailed It Studio directly. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional messages related to appointments or account notices where applicable.
  • Subscription and offer records may be processed and stored through our website provider (PixelPluto Inc.) on secure systems for operational and compliance purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Canadian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for technical disruptions outside our control.

All website content, branding, and software infrastructure are protected by intellectual property laws. The booking platform is powered by PixelPluto Inc.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
